Buypower

My experience with customer care has been very smooth and swift. On the two occasions I contacted them, they helped resolve my issues quickly and efficiently. The sweetest part about BuyPower is the dedicated bank account number for utility payments. I don’t even have to log into the app ,just send money to the account, and the token is sent automatically via email or can be retrieved from the app. Overall, it’s a very convenient and stress-free service.

Wow buyPower is the best for me, chatting with the customers or calling them is the best they will talk to you normal and calm you down. Or though the charges or 100 naira might be the reason for some will not like to recharge their miter on the app because other bank app like opay, palmpay, and Kuda doesn’t charge anything so hopefully maybe they can reduce it to like 50 naira that will be good and the most things I love about the app is checking the history then you will see everything not like bank app.

I see so many hate comments on here this is a wonderful app, never had a problem with payment(card) or getting my token, and i get to see my history and make payment again nice! yes the token sent to the number take some time to come but that’s not always the case. And you can use the token on your app it works fast and easy, Great app but some improvement: save pdf file should be removed or fixed.
