Buy Sell Now - Sell it, Letgo

In order to reply to the messages you have to have a verified phone number and email, I have verified both and it still asks me to reset it. I have no idea if it’s a bug but it won’t let me send messages back till then, even though both are very obviously verified! What can I do??

Years ago, I used to use letgo and it was one of the best selling and buying apps that you could use in a local community. At first this app seemed like it was going to be like letgo, you could choose an area close to where you live, and you could try to do local transactions without having to deal with mailing or eBay or PayPal or Zelle. But the only people who ever contact you to purchase things from you are people that want to use Zelle and PayPal or other weird apps that I’ve never heard of, DESPITE MY SPECIFYING CASH ONLY, they always want to ask you for information like your email or certain things that you should not give them. Then one day I come to find out my account has been disabled by the administrator. Are you kidding me? I am not a scammer, I am an honest person, I do cash only transactions just like I used to do with letgo, I’ve always met people in public spaces, and being a woman I believe first and foremost in safety. After reading other reviews and my recent experience, I once thought that it was just an app full of scammers, but now I truly think that this app itself is a scam. I hope one day there is another app like letgo, but this is not it.

This is the most God-awful app I have ever downloaded in my life. Not only do you have to watch 5 minute long Royal Match ads to switch between messages or tabs - it lags and buffers before and after that - on or off WiFi. I have an entire message exchange with someone that now won’t load at all. The first two people to come in contact with are the “I’d like to pay more than you’re asking for” scammers. After all this, I tried to be courteous and delete my listings so I could delete the app, and couldn’t get anything but a blank screen. Try to refresh - get a whole new ad and another blank screen. Ultimately just deleted the app even though I have active listings.
