… Every once in a while you would get a unknown error and you couldn’t text or receive texts… But it would sort itself out within an hour or so and be back to normal. Customer support would be on eight I would send a message they would email back very quickly with a solution. But as of yesterday… I’ve been getting an unknown message I sent a few emails- 34 to be exact and haven’t heard back. Still receiving unknown message when I text out I can I text in or out for the last 24 hours-I can receive phone calls.. no texts. Extremely frustrating especially when you depended on receiving information from some your clients. If you’re looking for reliable service this is not the one you should be looking at to many times you get unknown error and cannot receive texts or text out😝😝😝 Very disappointed with the customer service

Unlike the many second line APPS on the market numbers plus is very easy to use and cost wise very reasonable. There are many reasons to have an APP like this for instance when someone is avoiding you and has call blocked your original phone number this bypasses that and wallah you get the deadbeat on the phone . Or you have a busy I mean busy client that never has time to hear you out wallah they answer the phone and you get that important meeting or chance to pitch your pitch .
