Firstly, the app is really refreshing! Easy to use, filter what you’re looking for in multiple ways. It also adds in the shipping costs when you click on a pallet so you can easily see your unit cost per item prior to purchase. If you source multiple pallets from the same warehouse, you’ll save even more on shipping. Very clear on pricing - no hidden fees hitting you later. I also like that you can straight buy and not have to do bid on auctions, etc. I starting using them in early Nov 2021 and have so far purchased around 20 pallets (from clothes to electronics, new and uninspected returns). Manifests are very accurate. I’ve only had one item missing so far in all that I’ve ordered (I order huge pallets). But, that can be the liquidation game sometimes. Make sure you go in with the right expectations and you won’t be disappointed! I’m sure if I had contacted them on the one missing item, they would have done whatever to make it right. I didn’t because, again, that’s liquidation sometimes and other companies don’t even compare to Bulq (with the exception of Market Street). I really hope they keep the company policies and app up as I’ll be a customer for life. If you do use the app and agree about the ease of it, be sure to send them an App Feedback through the app and let them know! These guys probably only hear negative nellies all day and rarely get an ‘attaboy’.

I buy from BULQ all the time anytime I have a problem with my items they send me a partial refund .. I definitely recommend .. I’m not going to say there perfect many times I’ve had to toss things That have had spills on them or broken items .. Dirty items in a box that looks sealed black long hairs on items . But this is usually with the uninspected returns cases once in a while it happens with brand new items .. But most of the time I’m satisfied with my purchase ..

Everything I bought was in worst condition then it said and they like I bought a group of appliances they said just a small dent and scratch I was ok ya ok ya it might be slightly scratched and dented but the mf doesn’t work and a lot of the stuff is cheap china garbage or low quality American stuff you never get a value for your money because it’s worst then it says it is don’t waste your money and they will say retail value way way way higher then anything close to what you got if you want to buy something from here just really read what your getting and try to be prepared for not getting what it said you were because you won’t get it only spend what you are prepared to throw out the window this is basically a scam oh and just like ever other app they delete bad reviews to make their app look better you ever notice you rarely see an app under 4.5 stars don’t let ratings deceive you because they don’t mean much
