Bubble Jam - Block Match Games

This game has been so fun!! I reached level 200 (as well as completed all 150 levels of the plane) and had some kind of technical issue I couldn’t figure out. After trying different things I finally resolved myself to deleting it and re-downloading. I worked with the developers through the problem via messenger and they couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. In the end the fresh download started me back over at level one. Most games I would have quit rather than doing all that work again, but this one is just as much fun doing those lower levels again. I am almost caught up with where I was in about a week. The developers gathered information etc to help them make sure they could prevent my issue from happening to someone else. They really are the best!! My only game request would be to extend the levels for the plane or do a train next with the same concept. Fun stuff all the way around. If you have taken the 2-minutes to read this review, stop reading and hit download lol. You have tons of fun to gain and nothing to lose.

I truly love this game. You have many options of clearing the board until you get into the more challenging levels! And even that is as much fun as it’s challenging. The air plane seating is priceless! Y’all did such a great job with this ! And then the update! Some things like the times have been reduced and no comparison time given anymore..but I’m ok with that..enjoy how the home page is laid out..that is until you have to deal with the new accumulation game. You provide this sad faced girl with things by earning stars to get them. I just don’t care for the theme of it. Her wants or needs are beyond what I have normally. It in my mind just isn’t a theme that I would associate with the game or the non-situational theme it expressed before this. I like the idea of putting my stars to work.. but I don’t like working for that girl.. everything else just so great! Keep up the good work!

Editing my review to say: response time was a little slower than I would have liked (each response took 36-48 hours) but they did fix the problem, and the game is fun. The current update has presumably solved it for everyone so if you enjoy this kind of game I recommend it. This is a fun game, but either the developer is terrible or it’s a complete ripoff. I paid the $5.99 for no ads, which is about $3 more than most “no ads” offers. For two days I had no ads. Then they came back - banner ads across the bottom that block my power ups, and required ads between each level. I wrote them. Two days later they said they’d take care of it if I sent a screenshot of my receipt showing I paid for it. So I did. Two days later they told me to touch the “restore purchases” button. REALLY?! Duh! I never thought of that! 😡 I had tried “restore purchases” repeatedly and all I ever got was an error message. They get two more days (because they are unbelievably slow at responding) and I’m getting my card company to refund my purchase.
