Crashes and logs out
App never stays connected to grill. Temp alerts don’t alert you. App will log you out and not let you log back in. It says user doesn’t exist even if you have an account. It won’t even send you password reset. Complete garbage app in 2026. Takes away from an otherwise decent pellet grill. Get it together guys!

Horrible Connectivity!
I don’t typically rate apps. But scheriously! This is trash. It never wants to connect. You can’t set temp alarms. All around garbage

Clean and smooth
Very easy to use with my Regal Pellet. Can see my smokes from anywhere using my cell data. It has been driving my IQue gas grill and how fast the commands reach the grill from my phone.
