Convenient
Like how convenient this app is to pay my bill. The only thing I wish it had was more information as in how much was used that month to previous months for electric and internet. Maybe a chat service if questions about my bill are needed. Maybe put helpful hints on how to save money on electric, so the bills aren’t as expensive.
