This app is great! It allows you to learn a lot about the different types of DA, how to get help and the types of support available as well as giving you ‘real life’ case studies to test knowledge and understanding. It also has a journal feature which enables you to record incidents. Very useful!
I believed this was a safe space to journal domestic abuse. In fact there is no journal. What you write is sent to you via email! And it appears you can only record one instance. Really disappointed. Tonight I’ve had to put up with pretending to care about my abusers silly stories from 10 years ago, had a remote control thrown at me plus multiple slamming doors and no where to record this. Not great.
As soon as someone selects a language, they’re taken to a screen abuse abuse support. You should: - put in some fake weather content - provide details (on this page, and when you install the app) on how to navigate to the abuse support content
