I assume this is a misguided attempt to reduce scams, but it just makes it harder for regular customers who need to inform recipients that their money is coming. Bourso in general is annoyingly worried about scams and warns you about dangers every other time you tap any button. Tiring user experience and it does not inspire any confidence in Bourso’s ability to detect fraud.
