BOSS Money Transfer. Send Fast

I used the app a couple times without any issues. However, for one transaction they requested that I sent some personal information to verify that I wasn’t laundering money. First, they emailed me asking for some personal email. A minute after I received another email, saying that they received the email with my information and that they will be reviewing it. I saw this and immediately thought it was probably a scam. Because how can they receive an email I never sent? I ignored it and didn’t think anything about it because my money said it was “ready” in the app. However, my transaction was on hold for two days. I contact customer service and explained the situation. They didn’t care about the glitch and just requested for the information again. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable sending my personal information to an email that doesn’t seem legit. But anyways, I sent the information to verify my account and they email me back saying that they received it. After a whole WEEK my transaction still remained on hold. I kept contacting them and all they said was that the transaction is showing as “ready” so there shouldn't be any issues. I contacted them once again after a week. The representative tells me that they never received any information! That my transaction is on hold by the compliance department. I was livid! Who knows where my personal information ended up. I was upset and just ended up canceling the transaction, which by the way, I didn’t get right away. Consumers BE AWARE and protect your information!

I would like to share my opinion on the BOSS Revolution application. As many have already written, it is cool, and also very honest app. Unlike other apps, BOSS Revolution really fulfills its obligations and treats users responsibly. This is manifested in the prompt resolution of the problems encountered by the application users. Personally, I like the design of BOSS Revolution, the application interface, functions and regular promotions, in which all users can participate, respectively, each person has a chance to win. I won two contests. There are promotions in which a reward is given for performing certain actions. This action includes inviting new users through a special link. By the way, I've been using the app for 5 months and I'm happy with everything. All cash transactions are easy and fast for me, and I have never had any problems using the application. When comparing the BOSS Revolution App to other apps that offer the same services, the BOSS Revolution App is the best among the rest.

I wish I could give zero stars. This whole experience has been a headache and a unnecessary time sink. I’m trying to send money to family in Ghana. 6 hours go by and there is no update after the initial confirmation text they received my transfer request. It only says they will contact me when the money is available and a customer service number. I called the number provided to me through the text and am told I’m in the wrong department. I have to call a whole new number. I call the new number given to me and I’m told by the automated system that they may need more information and I’m immediately put on hold for 20 minutes. No one picks up and I am routed to the original menu to be put on hold again. Someone finally picks up and they’re looking for a reference number. I asked where can I find that. They say it’s on the app and in text. The reference number is in neither. He tells me he can’t help and I have to call a new number to get the reference number then call back. I ask him to please wait so I can look again because I’ve been on hold for a while already and don’t want to go through it again. Instead he just routes me back to the original menu (btw you will ONLY find the reference number in email). From there I go through this circle again of waiting on hold, being automatically transferred to original menu to be on hold AGAIN. Basically I’m playing phone tag with them. This company is HORRIBLE. I’ve used other apps and haven’t had to wait this long or experience such bad customer service. Save yourself time and headache and use World Remit or something.
