If I could give it 0 I would. Please avoid at all costs, this is a scam! I was directed here when looking for a small loan. It has since signed me up for a mobile phone contract I did not want or need. I emailed on the first day I realised to cancel and I am yet to have a response from them, or to the other emails I have sent. I can not cancel via the app or the website as they do not work. I have tried to call and they do not answer. They are constantly trying to take money out of my bank! They are a disgrace of a company, please avoid at all costs and let’s hope Apple remove them from their downloads

I received a text informing me that I had been approved for credit. Upon instruction I downloaded the app. All I was able to do was link my bank. Following this I do not know where I am and what I have signed up to. I am unable to contact customer services and I don’t appear to be able to cancel online. If I had known that I was being charged £4 and a further £goodness knows what for a ghost loan and a credit report I can get for free, no way would I have signed up. This is misrepresentation bordering on fraud. I will be contacting Trading Standards and instructing my bank to reverse any charges these scam artists try to take. Avoid like the plague.

If you’re thinking of downloading Boshhh, don’t. Save yourself the brain cells. This app used to kinda work before, but ever since the update, it’s been pure digital vomit. Settings don’t save, payment issues pop up like spam ads, and customer service gives the same energy as a dodgy vending machine you press the button, it lights up, but nothing ever comes out. I’ve had recurring issues with payments they screwed up, which in turn has been messing with my service access. Every time I contact support, they hit me with “we’ll handle it” then proceed to do nothing. The app experience feels like it was designed by a team of toddlers hopped up on Capri Suns. It moves like it’s loading on a microwave. It crashes, lags, and feels like it was coded during a blackout. It could’ve been something. Instead, it’s a masterclass in how to ruin a decent concept with trash execution.
