Good but could be better

I find that while it works to a point there are two many spots where you have to check off and enter items, I feel like once you enter food for the day or watch the videos it should automatically check those items off, also where you input the food you’ve eaten that’s where you should be able to select that your taken the product(aka blueprint) and that way it also incorporates that info in your calories and carb intake, otherwise are we suppose to enter that manually? The food finder does really well and I like that it tracks your weight but I would like a place to also track symptoms or how the body is feeling on the daily. Like level of tiredness, or bowel symptoms etc. since this is a gut program not having that seems odd

Crashes, cumbersome, and inflexible

This app crashes a lot. It’s extremely annoying. The ux is also very cumbersome. The buttons are all different sizes, there is no obvious place to add a recipe… that seems crazy! Maybe it’s hidden… but it shouldn’t be that deep. In terms of consistency, there isn’t any conceptual consistency either, which sort of destroys trust in the knowledge base. For example, the app tells you to remove eggs from your diet in week 1 (I don’t eat them anyway), but the recipe on day 2 has eggs+egg whites. What? Are there multiple teams not talking to each other? What kind of quality testing is happening?? And there’s no place to tell it you are a vegetarian. Everything in the program has meat. There are religious, cultural, and allergy reasons for people not eating meat as well as doing it for environmental, ethical, and health reasons. Even the first protein video tells you that you only need 5-7 ounces of protein- and talks about alternative protein sources… soooo I’m quite surprised there’s no way to just show vegetarian recipes! It’s just filtering tags/categories. Hopefully you have an ontology or at least a taxonomy. Not hard. You can do it!

Cumbersome

The app is very cumbersome to track foods. It also doesn’t let you check off tasks from the prior day if you forgot to do them on that day. It is way too easy to delete journal entries because the edit is right above delete and you can fat finger delete trying to hit edit, and there is no pop up asking you if you really want to delete it! It’s just gone, and no way to get it back. I also do not appreciate that is tracks all my sensitive data attached to my identity so tracking as little as possible in here.
