I feel relaxed when I shop at M&S . The layout of the store is very comfortable to look at and choose it is very well organized so I can find readily what I want . The staff is very helpful . Finally I like the Resturant which I love very much cause it has everything I like and it very good meeting point for friends on tea and snack thanks again.

In good faith I bought cash coupons for friends as recommended by M&S counter staff as he said it would be sent immediately. However after paying there was no record on my app that coupons were created and sent. No emails or sms sent to me and no confirmation was received by my friends . The customer service simple refused to address the issue and said no refund will be made either and did not offer proof . This is what scammers do .

I tried so many time to start the reward app still not working just white screen
