Blank Street

Love this place. It’s become my go-to coffee shop. Always consistent and their specialty drinks look so yummy. The almond croissants are hit or miss as far as having enough almond paste inside. The baked goods are so fresh. They have the specialty coffee drinks and baked goods on lock with their selection. Sometimes, they run out of a lot of their ingredients which makes a lot of their drinks unavailable. However, they are the best I have seen yet at preventing you from placing your order ahead if what you want is not available. Also, their staff is cordial and professional. Highly recommend.

Now don’t get me wrong, I go to blank street often and I adore them. However, the app is really terrible. It’s one of the buggiest I’ve seen. I was a regular for awhile but they discontinued the double points and this was never said in the app so I lost out on extra point or points in general for 2 months. I quit the regulars and they gave me 20 points to reprimand for the bugs I experienced while using the regular program (orders not showing, app crashes, no points, etc). I then try to order with my points like I used to and it doesn’t work but I’m in a rush so I just pay with my own money. Then today I try to order with the points again, the app bugs out again and now says I have no points. I thought it must’ve double ordered so I go in and ask and nope, it just sucked my points. I feel bad for support because I’m messaging them constantly and I feel so annoying. I just want coffee before work 🥲

It’s not a fake review I’m real, maybe it sounds too awesome but it is what it is I just love this place and I love the people which work there, no metter where I buy coffe they are always kind and professional, I’m a driver on Manhattan so I use to buy coffe/te in different places every time, what can I say the best product and the best employee ever, I remember I was trying to use my point for take a coffee but in the app its shows that the store was closed but anyway the guy give me a coffee and say that he believe that I have point lol I was shocked that was very kind, also I visit the place at 3 avenue E9 st, there are very professional people, they are kind and always happy whit smile they make me feel comfortable in the store I came there every morning they are the best, I’m sorry for my grammar I’m not American but I live here, god bless everybody!
