The game claims to use 6 decks at random, but when the “cheat is on” you will quickly realize that the algorithm is not in your favor. I played until I was well over 100 million chips (some chips purchased but the majority was won) and when the tides turn in the direction of the dealer….multiple consecutive hands were favoring the dealer. Was it a coincidence….I highly doubt it. The app is in this business to generate revenue and judging by the way the cards keep falling…they are doing a great job of collecting real money from players. By all means experience this for yourself…and keep a close eye on your REAL money!

Poor support, don’t even bother chatting with the host “Alexis (Petra)” because she will mute you and silence you if you have an opinion she dosen’t like. Very clear example of Admin Abuse. I almost spent money on this app because I enjoyed the live host feature but I’m glad I didn’t if I knew censorship was apart of this platform. If you’re looking for an authentic live dealer experience rather than one person who’s a “dealer” who can mute you if you say you like “chocolate ice cream over strawberry” then take it to another online casino. Host “Alexis (Petra) ” is terrible and this app would be hundreds of times better if she was removed from the platform. Fun for free to play however don’t even consider spending any money on this platform because the live interaction can censor you without warning . To improve the app I suggest adding additional moderators and unmuting guests when other hosts come on. Just because I have poor relations and a difference of opinions with one host does not mean I should be censored from interacting with the entire app. This app would improve dramatically without her. Otherwise I like the rest of the hosts, particularly the male ones because they maintain the most professionalism while keeping the game fun and engaging.
