Bitnob

I honestly don’t understand what’s going on anymore. Maybe what you really want is for me to close my account with Bitnob, because this constant suspension makes no sense. Just yesterday, this same issue was resolved, and now my account is suspended again for no reason. I went out to buy some things today, and when it was time to pay, I couldn’t….because you suspended my account again. Do you know how embarrassing that was? I’ve tried to be patient, but this is getting out of hand. You can check my history…I’ve done nothing wrong. I’m tired of being treated like this. Please escalate this immediately to management and fix this issue once and for all. I need full access to my account today.

I honestly never had any problem with bitnob and I’ve being using it for almost a year … the only thing I hope they’ll change is allowing us to create more than one dollar card at a time But overall it’s a very good app… don’t know why it’s not talked about much

I was using Chipper Cash and tried to test out this platform to see if it would be a good competition to chipper, unfortunately it is so bad it’s actually ridiculous. Each deposit to your dollar card under $100 costs $1, to withdraw you can’t even withdraw all the balance of your USD Card because minimum balance is $1 but that’s not all! I tried using the card to subscribe Telegram premium for a month (₦4900 / month), I funded $6 which should more than cover it considering the amount in USD is less than $4 but it failed, apparently it costs $6.33 on Bitnob, the same subscription costs $3.86 on chipper usd card and I successfully subscribed via chipper cash. how that is possible remains a mystery. They claim card is free but it’s really not, minimum deposit is $3 but that equates to $2 cause again $1 is taken as fee. Basically I tried it out with ₦10k ($7.69) and I managed to withdraw about ₦6.5k after depositing, converting and trying to withdraw again. In contrast on chipper cash i withdrew ₦8.57k from 10k deposit after converting back and forth. Withdrawal from your dollar card to your balance on Bitnob isn’t even instantaneous because I have a pending withdrawal from my card to my balance that has been hanging for over 5 hours (apparently it takes anywhere between 24hours in Bitnob but On chipper cash it’s instantaneous). Overall experience on this app is so bad I’m out of words to describe it fr. I was hoping this was a good alternative to Chipper Cash but nah. Y’all stay safe out here.
