This app is a No Frills, simple app to use. It has 6 choices for exercise, and a calendar to keep track. It does the job.

Simple easy to use and customize! Love the reminders can set but wish I could turn on a sound notification not just a pop up notification.

I really enjoyed this app before the update. It has a vibration feature that allows you to close your eyes and relax during the 4-7-8 breathwork. The vibration was the alert to switch between inhale-hold-exhale. With the new update, there is no vibration between exhale and inhale, thereby forcing you to have to watch the app so you don’t miss the transition. Wish they would switch it back to include the vibration between those two modes which allows you to close your eyes and still be on count.
