I have more than a year waiting for the problems of my withdrawals to be solved and they still do not make them I hope that with another year waiting patiently now if they make my withdrawals :(

Before reading my review, look up Bibox’s reputation on withdrawals. They’re scamming people. Withdrawals go poof into thin air. I first deposited $40 to try out the exchange in july 22. Then tried to send back the fiat back to Kucoin after a while, it wouldnt let me, quoting a rule that their minimum withdrawal (on TRC20, which offered the lowest gas fees on their exchange) was $40. So i deposited $5 from my KC wallet but it never dropped. To this day. Anyways, so I traded my little fiat with ETC and grew the small portfolio (of about $39) to about $50 just yesterday and thought “okay, i have enough to cover their fees for my fiat ‘USDT’ to be deposited on my KC wallet”. I was wrong. The funds have disappeared into thin air. They’re not in my Bibox wallet and neither are they on my KuCoin wallet. And there’s no Txid. I cant copy the Txid. It doesnt paste anything. So I cant even report the delayed deposit on Kucoin. BIBOX IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE BIBOX PRO!

Wont let me withdraw my coins no matter how many times i try to make a fund password. Cant get a response from them. Magically the coin price goes down or up depending on whether im selling or buying.
