Bible: Chat, Widgets, Audio

I use this app in my ladies Bible Class and it helps me find the chapters and verses quickly and accurately. Nice size print I can read without my glasses.

... Not that I ever left or deleted that app, but did give this one a try based on a mention on AppleVis. But the verse of the day hasn't changed in four weeks, and before that it didn't change for six. I see no sense in having other voices read this thing when VoiceOver reads everything anyway, and there are only two English versions. In YouVersion, I have a comparison list of at least seven different versions. Not impressed and not happy.

this would be my go to bible app if it had NIV translation. I know there is a charge for NIV translation, but would be worth it otherwise it’s a good bible app. besides translation, only other thing that bothers me is like when you select s background theme, it only changes the bible area, not the top. so when i select black text on white background since i use smart invert mode most of time, the bible area is dark like supposed to but top half of app is the reverse so its not really accessible. it would be nice if you select a background theme it would change the whole app to that theme schema, not just the bible area
