Bibino Baby Monitor: Nanny Cam

Absolutely horrible video. App keeps crashing or not connecting. It’s ridiculously glitchy and lags. My plan was cancelled without any notice then I emailed them and it took multiple days to get an answer back and the problem fixed. I lost almost a week of my monthly plan that I paid for because of those issues. Now once again the video won’t connect and the app keeps crashing. I’m going on day 2 of this happening. Update they emailed me back shortly after I submitted the review. Promised I’ve received a full refund which I have for part of my subscription and also promised 3 free months. Have yet to receive this. I’ve been in constant communication with them but it seems as if they just don’t care. My opinion of the situation just keeps getting worse with each day that passes with no help on their side.

I love using this when I’m working while my baby is in another room bc I can check video or audio whenever I want I could even talk him from my phone if he’s doing something that he knows he’s not supposed all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

However I do have questions I was never offered to use the app for free so my question is what isn’t available if I don’t pay for it? I can’t complain about 26 dollars for a year. But it just gave me the option for a trial. Then to pay for it. Also I can’t get night vision to work? I have to turn on the flashlight to see my baby at night how can I fix this? I have an iPhone.
