I enrolled in a Bhanzu during the demo on March 28th, the representative pressured me into a $1,200 payment by claiming a "limited-time offer" and refused to let me off the call to think it over. Within an hour of enrollment, I decided to discontinue and requested a refund. However, the refund has not been processed despite multiple follow-ups. Finally Immediate Cancellation Ignored My experience has been disappointing, particularly regarding communication, responsiveness, and the handling of refund-related concerns. The process has taken longer than expected, and I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully review recent feedback on social media and other platforms, as well as customer refund experiences, before enrolling in this program.
The Bhanzu team focuses heavily on creating hype, but when it comes to actual customer support, the experience is extremely disappointing. There is no proper ticketing system—past issues are not tracked, and every follow-up receives the same generic response. Even the support team seems unaware of previous conversations. For a company with over 1,000 employees, the lack of a structured and effective support system is surprising. There appear to be hierarchies, but no real accountability or resolution. When I requested cancellation, instead of a smooth process, I felt pressured with repeated calls asking me to continue, along with promises that the issues would not happen again. This felt more like harassment than customer care. I strongly advise caution before enrolling in their courses, especially if you value transparency and support. Unfortunately, there is no option to rate them zero—otherwise, I would have. Hence, a 1-star rating.
They assist me in every single way and answer every thing that I asked them they’re always supportive. The teachers are really good. Make it easy for the kids to understand the concept. I really recommend them for the kids who wants to learn maths with easy tips.
