Artium Academy - Learn Music

This app is appallingly badly coded. There are multiple issues. Main ones are: 1. Finger presses do not register immediately sometimes. When this happens, usually the action is taken after 10-12 seconds after the finger touch is detected. Quite annoying. The problem keeps coming up intermittently. What was the customer support’s solution when I complained? Delete and reinstall the app. Right, I did that once, twice, three times in the last 3 months, and the problem keeps coming back again and again. Poor coding is the problem, nothing else. 2. Messages from the teacher sometimes do not reach me. Sometimes, they just show up in the notifications. When I go to my messages, they have vanished! This is also an intermittent problem. 3. The images of class work shared by a teacher on the messages cannot be directly saved. You have to take a screenshot of those images. Minor annoyance, but one they could have easily fixed.

Her patience and thorough guidance made me feel completely at ease, and I knew I was in the right place. Thanks to Shreya, I was introduced to the phenomenal music teacher, Geetika, with whom I had an unforgettable 30-minute session. Geetika was not just a teacher; she was a true mentor—professional, courteous, and incredibly encouraging. I shared with her my personal story—how I had been singing all my life but had stopped after losing my singing partner in November 2019. She listened with genuine empathy and encouraged me to find my voice again. In that moment, something within me reignited, and for the first time in years, I felt like my old self again. We had a beautiful session, almost like a father-daughter musical connection, where she guided and supported me in the most uplifting way. It was a profoundly emotional and inspiring experience. Additionally, a very knowledgeable gentleman at the academy , Suryansh Rajauria guided me through the different curriculum options, helping me find the best path forward. Because of these three amazing individuals, I feel like my life has taken a new, vibrant turn, bringing me back to the world of music—a world that had once been my entire life. I am beyond excited to sign up for the platinum package and commit to three sessions every week. This academy, and more importantly, these incredible human beings, have given me something priceless—the joy of music and the courage to sing again. To Shreya, Geetika, and the entire team at Artium Music Academy—you are not just professionals; you are my most wonderful Indian friends, and I will always cherish this experience.
