Almost Everyone think that we are who we are and that it's not possible to change! The reality and truth is, change is possible! You just have to be willing to do the work to make change happen, and so many aren't willing to put in the work! So when you're ready, it's waiting for you! Just don't wait too long, before you can't change it, and your family is the only ones left, to pick up the pieces! Sometimes or rather almost all of the time, they will end up being the ones that will need to seek change to find more happiness! That being the results of their loved one or an indirect relationship with a loved one's, loved one (husbands parents or caregivers)! So there's no better time than now to seek that change within yourself and for your loved one! Make sure you jump in with both feet, it will be worth it in the end!

The app itself is ok, but their billing practices are predatory. They do not send an email notification a few days before your membership is due to renew to allow you the chance to cancel; this is how they trap you into continuing to pay for the subscription. I am recovering from a head injury that affects my memory and organization, so I wasn’t as on top of things as I usually am. When I got the “receipt” email letting me know that I’d been charged for a renewal, I was so upset thinking I’d missed the courtesy reminder email. Nope, there wasn’t one. So I immediately emailed and explained my situation and asked to cancel and refund my money because I hadn’t been utilizing the app. They canceled my subscription but ignored the part about the refund. I emailed again and asked about the refund. They responded days later saying they don’t give refunds. Then they also had the audacity to say they value their customers and asked me to stay and offered to give me a deal on an additional several months. As if I want to remain a customer with a company that has zero compassion for people going through tough situations. I would highly advise anyone to not give any of your money to this app. Find one that actually gives courtesy emails regarding subscriptions and upcoming charges, and one that actually values their customers.

After using this app for several weeks now it has become clear that this app is intended for women specifically. Many of the courses and articles speak only to women and do not appear to be intended for men, which is very disappointing. The breathwork section is not gender specific but is also VERY basic. The sleep sounds section is cool but needs more sounds to try. The bedtime stories section only has three stories so it's okay for the first few days but that's it. I don't follow the plan page really anymore especially since I had to stop the last course I was taking after a couple of days when I realized it was gender specific. We'll see how long I keep using this app, especially since I already have a Mindvalley membership that offers all of these things and more and isn't gender specific. Update: Since the developers are not going to be honest about the content and intended audience I will just clarify. I completed tho courses on the app and both of them had sections asking you to "focus on your womanhood" or to "concentrate on your feminine energy" and st least one article it suggested was something about "habits of successful women". Apparently they want you to believe that those sorts of articles are "good resources" for men. I disagree. That said, if you are looking to develop your "womanhood", I have good news for you as that seems to be a main focus of this app.
