The app isn’t to bad but the only things that I see with it is that the black box is very large when you look at ones from Hastings. Also may just be my unit being dodgy but they say that they are eco friendly with solar power but I need to change mine every 2 weeks
Don’t usually leave bad reviews ever but after having had this company as my insurance policy for over a year I WOULD STAY AWAY. Customer service are rude, your black box is extensively monitored meaning if you make one slight mistake (going around a corner at normal speed, driving at the speed limit), they threaten to cancel your policy constantly. Please find another company. Any other company for that matter. Do better yall
Overall, I haven’t had an awful experience with this app. However, I am being marked down for going the correct speed limit and the app has different speed limits for different roads. For example, I was marked down for going 23 in a 30 because according to the app, it is a 20.
