Won some money on betting on horses, simple and easy layout so that’s good, casino is very poor, if you like slots I’d stay away from this one, first off, got the welcome off of 100 free spins and won £2.80 off 100 spins, wasn’t impressed by that, then deposited more and started playing slots, I’ve won decent amounts from other sites, this one seems to have very low payout odds, first game I played lost £20 in 5 mins and didn’t get a single win, not even 20p so that was bad, feature wins are very low payout too, hit a few features at 60p spins, and maybe won a couple of quid each time, final straw before deleting was playing a blitz game, spent £40 playing finally hit a feature spin at 60p spins again, 8 free spins with 5x wilds, didn’t get any wilds and won 60p. Why make feature spins so hard to get then payout so small it’s not even worth the punt?? Closed my account and deleted app after that, it’s not worth the risk versus the payout to play on this site, it is the worst slots site I’ve ever played on, I only joined for the free 100 spins but after giving it a shot, really not worth it at all, and I know any slots is a risk as it’s random payouts but surely features should be a minimum 25x you stake payout to make it actually worth playing your money, getting your stake back is a joke to be honest, play at your own risk but be warned, high risk, low to nothing payout on slots.

Was playing their blackjack with side bets and had money on the dealer busting. They busted with 6 cards and should have won the bet at 50/1. The dealer even said congratulations to me. Then the money didn’t land in account. The dealer said they would raise it with their service team so thought nothing of it and carried on playing. I played a few more hands and then finished playing. Thought it was ok as the dealer had raised the issue internally so didn’t take the game reference or a screen shot or anything. Then thought they may be in touch once they reviewed it and may take a couple of days. Carried on playing sporadically over the next couple of days and still not pay for the win I should have had. Then I was playing a few hands and re-bet each time. I played several hands and had all side bets covered. Then for no reason at all they said bet rejected even though I had enough money in account and as stated had been doing this for several hands already. Coincidently I would have had won a side bet with a straight flush that was at 180/1 and 40/1 (as covered the 3 card hand and the grand 3 side bets). I then decided to raise both issues but was told there was nothing they could do for the straight flush. And that I needed to provide the exact game and hand number for the other/first issue. Obviously there were hundreds of hands I had played so there was no way of telling which one it was and the dealer had said they were raising it anyway. But they said there was nothing they could do. Never playing on this app/site again.

They layout is nice & simple to use. Very intuitive. First bet bonuses given instantly after qualifying bet was settled so that was nice as some places take up to a week to give you the bonus. But my word is the logging out thing an issue. Open the app, log in, build a bet up, go to look at bet, for some reason have to log in again, go to deposit money for the bet, put amount in and press submit “you have to log in first”, get frustrated, close the app, calm down and open the app again, log in. Please just let us use Face ID and don’t make me log in every time I press a button. Other than that no complaints.
