Best: Bitcoin & Crypto Wallet

Had a minor issue the other day and reached out to customer service through the app. The issue was fixed fast and customer service responded fast. So far my experience with the app has been great. I’ve been able to transfer tokens from one wallet to another wallet with no issues. From one platform to another platform with no issue. Hopefully it stays this way. There are definitely upgrades that can be made to make the app even better and there will be new features added from what I’ve read. If things change I’ll update this review but as of now everything has been working just fine for me.

DO NOT USE THIS WALKET!! It is clearly UNSAFE & in its INFANCY stage. I used this wallet to purchase a few presale coins. Some of it went well UNTIL IT DID NOT. It is one of the supported wallets for purchasing BlockDag. I used it to do so. 2 transactions were successful but they do not show up in the Best wallet transaction history but they do show on BlockDag. The 3rd transaction, $120 in USDT is gone from my wallet. There is no transaction history on either end. So unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money, use a better option. This one will take your crypto and not give you a transaction history!!! I’ve emailed support multiple times and explained this and they asked for the transaction history that I wrote is not there. They asked me to text them my wallet address but gave me no number to text it to. This WALLET IS FRAUD!! They also took 3 days to answer claiming that they had too many complaint tickets. That says it all. Use Coinbase wallet, MetaMask or a hardware wallet and skip this!! Also trying to stake purchased presale Pepe Unchained does not work. I’ve read online of others having the same issue!! I’m still out $120 that this WALLET STOLE FROM ME! I’m reporting them to every Government agency available. If you have presale coins in this wallet take screenshots and as soon as you can, get your coins out of there. EPIC FAIL!!!

I’ve been using the “Best Wallet” app for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed with how it handles my digital payments and cards. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to add, manage, and use my cards. I also love the security features, which give me peace of mind knowing my information is safe. However, there’s one issue that keeps bothering me—the connection errors. Every few moments, a “lost connection” error pops up, and then it disappears on its own. While it doesn’t seem to affect the app’s overall functionality, it’s annoying and disrupts the otherwise smooth experience. I hope the developers can address this in a future update because this app is so close to being perfect. If the connection issue gets fixed, this will definitely be a five-star app for me. But as it stands, it’s still a great wallet option, just with a minor hiccup that I hope is temporary.
