Beside (M1): AI Receptionist

I’ve been using the Beside app for about a year now, and my experience has been excellent. Carolina, along with other team members, has consistently provided prompt and effective assistance whenever I needed help. DUDES! For real, this app is a game changer. I am a Mobile small engine business on the rise here in Myrtle beach. And this app has changed the game for me. This AI is absolutely on point. I was hesitant at first. But I decided to bite the bullet and say a prayer. I needed help with answering phones and just over all trying to remember the conversation with customers ordering parts, etc. yeah their are CRM’S which I have and electronic calendars all that. But remembering ok I got to order parts for this guy and order parts for this ladies etc before I go there. And writing it down, or typing it in the calendar. DUDES. DUDES!! this Ai literally records your calls, gives you a transcript of the call and the recording of the call. Not only that it gives you a DAILY RECAP TRANSCRIPT OF EVER CALL YOU HAD FOR THAT DAY! so if you forgot. You can go back and look or listen to the call. I SELECTED my AI AS JACK! and jack is the man! Well I mean AI . I actually got 4 compliments in the last 2 days that I had jack answering calls. Actually had a customer that creates AI, or something to that effect for google and told me today. That jack was an awesome AI. I’m not paid! I’m a real customer of this app. I am the owner of Precision Mobile Small Engine Services LLC. You could ask me question if you want. Definitely not a paid commenter. I am absolutely ecstatic about having this app. Best decision i ever made. Thanks M1. Only thing I would like to see. Is the record consent if you turn it on after three rings. And also would like the record consent message. To be able to be edited. Other wise 9.9 out of 10

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this app works. The AI’s voice sounds very natural, and when i tested it with a multitude of questions it did great at providing general information to “the customer” even though I hadn’t trained it with that information. I also love that calls are recorded so you can listen to the whole thing later. For me though, and I think any real business use case, it’s missing two major features. 1. Business Hours. We all hate getting calls outside of our normal hours, and it should allow you to set hours in which it would go straight to the AI and even use a different greeting during those hours. 2. Auto attendant. There should be an option, whether it be a separate system or just part of letting the AI answer and screen the calls, but then forward them to you. This is the feature my current system has that cuts out almost all spam calls, because auto-dialers can’t get past a “press # for customer service”. Having callers dial through to you right away and THEN go to the AI is not gonna work for me since my number is public and I get so many spam calls. If they add those two features, I’ll definitely return and even be willing to pay more for it. I already pay more for a system that has those features but not AI.
