Beam : Breathwork + Meditation

I attended Astrofest and had a lot of trauma from the event. I would have many flashbacks to the moments where the crowd was so packed and I could barely move to even breathe. Luckily I was recommended this app by a close friend of mine. And the breathing techniques on this app helped me out so much. I feel more motivated in my daily life and better overall. This app works and is a must download!

I love this product and I cannot recommend it highly enough! I have been able to do very effective breathing exercises with it, and it is a classy looking piece of jewelry (a great bonus). Price is great as well! Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!
