Beacon CCU

This is the third app in the last few years used by this worthless bank. Geniuses decided that a long weekend at the end of the month would be the best time ever to shut down all electronic banking to switch this crap over, yet again. Fun not being able to pay my rent or do much of anything on vacation! On top of this, my partner’s account has been hacked already — can’t get a hold of the bank through any route save in person. My account now appears to have been hacked — same problem, no one will answer phone or email. Word to the wise: bank literally anywhere else.

The app requires phone verification randomly which is annoying but the worst part is that it takes so long for transactions to post! It literally takes 5-7 days for something to show up, I don’t know why I’ve kept this bank for as long as I have.

I would like this app much better if you could view your account and transactions in landscape view as well as portrait. I use iPad for my apps.
