I got the app because I wanted to have an account in Mexico from the US, however the account is basically useless unless you can verify your Identity in person which you already do through the app. Moreover it’s overly redundant and you have to put the effort to travel outside the country just to try to get the account set up, so if you cant travel outside the US to verify don’t open an account they will allow you to open it and deposit initially but soon after it will ask you to go in person so verify your identity. Now you have to spend money to go outside the country just to verify your documents which should have been verified when you opened the account.

Each new update, new bartle between you and the app, trying to gain access to your own accout, trying to understand its face recognition, if a already pass the iphone face id , why do l have to update their 3d face recognition once, twice an a lot o times and even that it says ok, you updated your face and give you the green light, then turn you again into the same proccess, again!!

This is one of the worst apps in the banking industry. Navigation is terrible. You cannot continue where you left off, for example when consulting bank statements. You have to go back to the beginning to select again from a menu option which isn’t even prioritized, and then you have to click and click and click again to get a pdf. You should really consult an American bank app to compare. No wonder people in Mexico hate technology so much of they’re putting up with this garbage. Aren’t you like one of the largest banks in the country? How about you deliver a product that isn’t an embarrassment?
