This version is better than the one I tried a few years ago. There a bug though where you can’t enter the month of your credit card expiration date, preventing you from entering your card for payment. I do hope that this app will alert me when payment is due. CFE is real keen on cutting your power without notice.

The app crashes and it won’t let me get pass the CFE logo screen, it crashes and kicks me out. Tried to see if there was an update which there was none available, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and the same issue persists.
It’s been like this for a few weeks now.

The app does not accept any credit card I try to use. When I tried to login on the CFE desktop website, it doesn't recognize my account or even email address. Please correct this!

La APP CFEcontigo está diseñada para: facilitar el pago de tus servicios mediante tarjetas bancarias de crédito y débito; solicitar cargo recurrente para pagar tu servicio; pagar con puntos BBVA; consultar tu saldo y descargar tu último recibo; ubicar los 10 Centros de Atención a Clientes más cercanos; reportar fallas de suministro de energía en tu servicio; activar tu recibo electrónico (paperless); calcular tus consumos posteriores de forma simulada y recordatorios de pago.
Para obtener la dirección precisa de los Centros de Atención a Clientes más cercanos debes activar tu ubicación y para recibir los recordatorios de pago tendrás que activar los mensajes push de la aplicación.
