Bank at FSB

Theres always issues with this app whether it be "technical issues" or just "an error has occured" which has left me unable to transfer money into certain account so i can pay with my card when it decides it dosent want to work on more than enough occasions for me to write this review. Other than the many issues with this app that feels outdated i guess its simple and "user friendly" 2 stars.

If you’re looking for a bank, that actually provides service to its customers look no further. We have a small business. And we could not be happier with the service they provide us. They’re very available if you need something just a phone call away.! 5 Stars!!!!!!

While trying to make a transfer from my mobile phone, it lets me do the transfer from account to account, but it won’t let me write a memo or note to know what the transfer is for. Wells Fargo app can do this. I was disappointed that I went into the bank to ask them if this would be possible and they said it’s not possible that it is what it is and that I should just login into my computer and do it there, but I am a very mobile person I’ve never always had my office. I use my phone a lot. Software developer please fix this.
