Baby Pics - AI Photo Editor

Scammers! I got the free 7 day trial to use this app but I only used it once the one day I downloaded. On the 7th day I was charge a full one years subscription of $34. After reading the policy’s. The policy says to cancel your free trail you would have to cancel 24 hours before the 7 days are up for a full refund??? It should be 6 days than! That’s how this company tricks you into paying a yearly subscription if you don’t cancel before your free trial:( I don’t recommend this app Its not the greatest. I did not get my refund. Now I’m stuck with a yearly subscription that i don’t like. I payed for something I don’t like. Customer service is really bad. You don’t speak with anyone. Everything is through email and still they take up to 3 days to reply back 😒. Only to send you the policy’s of the subscription. DON’T RECOMMEND!

This is the only app that I have found that lets you use the stickers for your pictures for free. It was a huge bonus that they unlocked the rest of the sticker by leaving a review. No, that is not the reason I gave five stars. I really do like this app, I used it for my first son. I was able to create pictures and then made a book from Shutterfly. There are also tons of stickers to choose from including baby’s first and holidays. I also love how they automatically save your pictures in a special album so you don’t have to go through your entire gallery to find them, it’s organized in one place!!!

i had originally purchased access to the app along with the extras in 2016. I haven’t used in several months. I went to use it again today and now it wants to charge me again for something I already purchased. I tried logging in and “restoring” it doesn’t recognize me for some reason. This is outrageous that I should have to pay for something I already bought access to. Not my fault I bought it at original price and not these new prices. **update: after contacting baby pics with the access issue they helped set my account up after i provided proof of purchase. I absolutely love this app. it has so many options!
