I’m seriously irritated. The way everything was worded when looking at the app I thought it was a trial subscription for $0.94 a day and then after 30 days if you hadn’t canceled it then it would charge the full amount. I got charged immediately and immediately canceled the subscription and tried to get a refund. I was told it was not eligible for a refund and to get in contact at the app support. I tried to do that and it continually takes me to a different app not the support. So I downloaded the app again and figured I’d just use it if I had paid for it but, it wouldn’t let me redownload it and go through the set up without paying for it … again!!!

I paid money 2 days before and I am unable to login or do any photo editing. Keep asking me to pay more money also they don’t have any support email or process in app to contact really writes
Never have this problem when I purchased same subscription 2 years back. Please someone help get my money back or provide me contact details so I can check with them.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
