Baby Monitor TEDDY-baby camera

This is a really awesome app. Way cheaper than buying any camera for hundreds of dollars. Also works amazing and it’s easy to use with your phone and ipad (that’s how I set it up). Only issue I have is that sometimes when you connect, the sound doesn’t come through and I have to disconnect and try again a couple times until the sounds pops back up. Once it’s connected correctly though it works amazing.

As a new grandparent this app was a lifesaver. No need to go buy some expensive baby monitor when you only have the kid once every few weeks. I admit I didn’t use the video part but the audio was fantastic. Easy to setup. Setup the baby monitor on an old iPad that was fully charged. Only drained about 15% in 12 hours. Running the parent portion on a new iPhone and the audio quality was very clear. I could hear everything. Knowing how well this works just with the audio portion I would have happily paid $5.

I love that there are no accounts to set up and it paired very easily and quickly (just make sure you give permission for Bluetooth). I used it during a trip and the audio ran successfully ran on both devices all night so I could hear my son who was sleeping in another part of the house. However, despite giving permission to the camera on the baby unit device and being able to see the video on that device, the video would never appear on the parent device. I tried a few devices as the baby and parent device and the same issue happened regardless, so I was stuck with audio only.
