I’m unable to log back in to my app. I entered my password, didn’t work. I tried to change my password, still didn’t work. This app is relied on by service members. A little more care should be taken to work on the bugs with in the app. When you reach out for a “support team” it’s not there, only automated messages… I would give this app zero stars but I’m forced to give it one.

It is amazing to me how difficult this app makes it to get anything done. Instead of being a one stop shop for everything, I have to routinely use other means to get stuff done. I’m assuming a former intel officer made this app. You can’t save or forward photos in group chats. Which is really annoying when trying to get SITREPs done or share information across different chats. File sharing is iffy at best. MS Teams is way better than this half baked app from 2007.

I just started using this and have not received notifications for new messages even though notifications are enabled. Onboarding was difficult since it requires a complex password but fails to give you requirements for it. I’ve had messages show on one device and not another. Why is the choice of cloud platform (AWS) part of the title of the app? Not sure. It sounds like an internal project name that they made public facing. Hopefully functionality improves since I have no other options for my organization. On the bright side, it allows you to edit messages and use emojis.
