This app gives you complete weather information for any location covered by NOAA's NWS, and presents it efficiently. It doesn't have moving backgrounds, pretty pictures, or other useless eye candy. It DOES, however, report all the weather data most folks would ever want. Temp, wind speed and direction, cloud cover? Check. Satellite loop? Check. Forecast explanation so you can learn what the forecasting meteorologist was thinking? Check. Ability to track a virtually unlimited number of locations? Check. And more. I've been using this app for years, and never regretted buying it.
This app is the most useful one that I have seen. It is the most complete and, I feel, the best designed way to check weather information. I gave 4 stars but the app really deserves 4 1/2 stars. I’ve been looking for a weather app like this for a long time. The data is always accurate because it’s straight from the most reliable source and the app design and layout are perfect. The only thing that’s missing are push notifications for severe weather but the app design is so great that push notifications aren’t a big deal. I would like to see one change by the developer. I think the green color looks awful. If you can add an option in the settings for me to change that color I’ll update my review to 5 stars. Great job on the app!
