Hi. I suffer from chronic insomnia. Ive tried EVERYTHING I could think of. Including this app. It works as well as it can. Obviously since I was not properly treated fast enough my insomnia became chronic. (When something becomes chronic it means that it will last a long time. Possibly a lifetime. A little trouble sleeping here and there is normal after a rough day.)It helps quite a lot with my sleeping problems. Overall I see a lot of people saying they got scammed. I personally don’t want to spend my money on this app. (Or any app at all) So I do not have the membership at all. Yes you can use this app without a membership or free trial if anyone is wondering. The only problem I have encountered is that the alarm doesn’t go off. Im not sure why. It may just be my phone. Or it may be the app. Overall great app. I would recommend anyone with a sleeping disorder or just some trouble falling asleep. I hope you have an awesome night’s sleep!
