Avabel Online -Tower of Bonds-

I don’t know where to start, I’ve played this game since what felt like 2012 or 2014, I’ve even bought gems here and there because I like this game, this game is fun, especially when you get involved with the online community, I feel like it’s extremely immersive, I have good memories of some of the events and the strong effort the artists use for the graphics and background artwork, it gives a feeling of being connected with a lot of other people online, I am posting this as I’d like to state that in computing systems and the internet there are always a few flaws, I recommend not buying any items in the game that may cost a lot in real life, I think that’s something people would grind for in-game, but to buy a few gems will work, or if you earn the gems, other than that the gameplay itself is truly enjoyable, I love this game, Avabel’s a great game, don’t be discouraged if you lose a dollar or two (I’ve been there), I just recommend to spend responsibly as you run the risk of an internet glitch and it might make the stuff you buy go to waste and it may never show up, which is why it’s more of a risk to buy stuff, but I would like to point out that I’ve bought stuff and most of the time received the digital content, Still an awesome game, and I like it.

On 10/31 I spent gems that I paid for on a item that I never received. After trying to submit a ticket to them several times in game I went to avabels website to submit a ticket only to get a website down contact the webmaster error.(has since been fixed)After contacting asobimo directly I final received the mundane answer of the item that I won was never award therefore nothing can be done and the ticket was closed. I reopened the ticket and requested that they please inform me on what my missing gems that I paid for were spent on. Because according to them I shouldn't be missing any gems and I must have just imaged the prompt that pops up on my screen that confirms I was awarded the item that I purchased, it wasn’t in my inventory, shop box, or storage. It has been a month and a half now since I reopened it so they’re basically ignoring me now. Been playing this game since it first started and never had to submit a ticket until now and this is the kind of support I get, yeah no I’m done. How and I supposed to spend money on this game with no guarantee that I’m going to get my items? Because the way I look at it your now a bunch a thief’s and/or scam artist at this point who are just ignoring tickets. I wonder how many other people you have done this to!? I will no longer support this game and will warn all others to steer clear of it from now on.

After stumbling upon this game in the App Store a few days ago I decided to give this game a try. I’ve only played this game for a bit so I can’t say much yet but what I can say is that AVABEL’s community is filled with nice people, (from my encounters) when I didn’t understand some features they took their time to explain to me how some of the features worked and I found that very thoughtful since most people would get annoyed at trying to help out new players. AVABEL is frequently updated with new content and patches for bug fixes. AVABEL has many things to do and I always find myself something to do. AVABEL’s interface is a tad bit outdated but simple to maneuver and use though don’t let that keep you away from this game. And finally AVABEL’s art style in my opinion, is very pleasing to the eye and and enjoyable to look at. Hope this review was somewhat helpful to people interested in playing this game and I hope you find this game as enjoyable as I do. P.S. AVABEL is having their fifth anniversary which in my opinion is quite crazy to see from a mobile game, keep up the good work Asobimo and their development team!
