I switched to Guilford savings bank about 20 years ago from Bank of America. I switched because I was getting charged all of these hidden fees. I went to Guilford savings bank and sat with my good friends mother and she told me that’s not how they did things there. I’ve been a loyal customer ever since and told many people about my positive experience Yesterday I found out that I’ve been getting a $20 monthly charge for a number of years that I was not aware of. I think that’s it absolute crap. I’m a public school teacher and I scraped to make ends meet. I will switch banks if the fee is not reimbursed. Good banking should be how you treat your friends. Friends would not do that.

I’ve banked with at least 8 different banks and I really must say they are the best. They give you this comfort every time you walk in which is important to me. Everyone works so hard for there money and I trust this bank. The customers service is over the top. In the summer they got the A/C cranking and being a landscaper well I sure do appreciate that. I would highly recommend giving GSB a shot I guarantee your going to love the service they provide.
