Art of Option Learning

To join premium group they said open demat account with our link, I opened a demat account idling their link, then they said take some trades in your account, I took trades also both cash segment and f&o also, but for the whole month of august I was striving to join their premium learning group, but was unable to join, I raise an issue at least 10 time in last month but always got a same reply from the support team ,that was useless coz the reply I got was not helping me to join , neither there is any other way to contact them nor they read what we wright to them while raising an issue. Now they have removed the button also ( raise an issue). They are here to eat the commission from the trades you take, apart from that they are fooling me at least that join free premium learning group, I am very disappointed. You are fake fake fake.

I opened account using Ghansham sir referral link, attend 3 classes but suddenly put out from the learning group. When I am check whether I am an active, it is showing that I am already registered, but asking to join the learning group. I raised 4 tickets, but no solution provided. No helpdesk number. What is this…. You guys let me open the account from your referral link then after few that now allowing me to attend the class. There is no technical glitch, I reinstalled the app 6 times and changed the password 2 times, but still the same. Atleast you should call or send email ( not that formal email) stating the solution or the possible solution. I will delete my upstox account opened from the referral link, if my problem not addressed.
