Area & Distance - Map Measure

Purchased the 1 year to support developers, and get rid of the consistent 3 ads that covered the screen. Saving a project as you go isn’t a thing. Making multiple, separate area boxes on the same map isn’t a thing, and even after setting to ft and sq ft, it always reverts back to meters. Bummer of a purchase because it wouldn’t take much to make it usable for my whole company.

We used this app to measure our ball fields for dead on accuracy when we compared too the actual measured fields that we had measurements for.

I was looking for a way to calculate and compare multiple real estate lots, and discovered this app. I was fully expecting to have to draw out rough geometric shapes, perform my own calculations based on map scale, etc. But, this app is truly a *perfect* implementation of the desired functionality. It picks up on the map’s current scale to ensure valid unit/sizing details, and clearly allows defining/revising the boundaries of the area to be measured. It even allows for display of the output in multiple units of measure (square meters, square feet, acres, etc.). And, it allows for saving sets of coordinates, and exporting in GPX (GPS eXchange) format. In all, a very well-crafted, and functional, app. And all for free (!). The developer should be very proud of the work out into this product.
