Like every other review, I have been qualified for multiple projects for months now and have not received any instruction except for one (last week) that didnt even pay me, and was extremely confusing. I was supposed to be paid per “unit” but after completing one unit, they said they had no more work for me, and never paid me. I dont know how this company is not shut down yet. This whole site is extremely shady and literally provides you with no work or pay. Contacting customer support is like contacting unknown aliens. I am fully convinced this is a money laundering operation or something, because all the reviews are the same. No one is getting jobs or getting paid. I highly recommend to stay away from this site. I gave them all my information for literally nothing and they’re probably selling it or using it maliciously. Please be cautious.

Like everyone else on the reviews, the program itself is very chaotic and confusing. I get emailed repeatedly over the same projects, telling me to apply. And then it never materializes into anything. Then I get more emails telling me there’s a new project and to apply…but it’s the same old projects I’m already applied to and in a pending status with. I also am constantly asked to choose some sort of Chinese interface or data collection situation, what is that?? I finally got accepted into a project and barely knew I did, the conditions/pay didn’t make sense to me. Because it’s saying $X for *the* submission, but it’s supposed to be multiple submissions. I’ve never dealt with something so confusing in my life and I’m a master at computers, software, apps, etc

You will be approved for projects and they claim you can work on them but you will never receive an email sending Pins or links to be able to directly access the projects. When asked they will say that the target demographic has been reached already- then why did I get approved for the project if it’s full? I would assume it would reject my application not accept and approve me stating I can now work the project I just need to access the email that I was never sent. You will also apply for multiple projects and won’t get accepted or rejected for any of them, they will remain in a pending status for months. I have not been able to see any other offers as I have applied to all the ones available for me so there are no more for me to apply to. I figured this would be a good way to make some money on the side however it only would be good if you could actually work anything. Customer service was fast at responding to me and polite when I mentioned the issue at hand which was really nice but the issues I have still stand.
