Poor support
They gave me documentation that Uber referred to as “altered”, travelled 2 hours to Uber hub to rectify the situation,, then it happens again the very next day. Tried to get some assistance from support but they have opted to ignoring me. Really sad. I was starting to like the company but As of yesterday, I can’t say I feel the same way.

I’ve tried 7 uber/etc. car rental options
Compared to others Animo has: 1. Best Price - got to start right away. I needed $12 to get into a car. Smart per hour/mile plan (if I had 2 rides/30 miles in 1 hour I paid about $10 and made $35-$40). And if I don’t have any gigs I’m not driving the car / not paying for it. Only pay when you drive/earn. They pay gas! 2. Cars super nice and always clean. Also leads to more tips. 3. Support is +++ quick responses to my texts or emails from the minute I heard of Animo (always just ask for what you need - in general). Oh...Stick to your return time or extend to avoid late fees (you’re keeping the next driver from earning when you’re late to return). We are lucky to have many options. Try them all!

The most horrible company and app
This company totally unprofessional and competitive! They using your bank information, do not give them any info unless you have 0 balance on your account
