I don’t know if it’s always been this way, but recently it’s been difficult to rent a car because the app search function lists cars for your target dates regardless of whether or not they’re actually available. So instead of just listing only available products - like literally any other gig economy app - I had to spend an our texting back and forth with support, being told “that one’s not available. Neither is that one. How about this one but not at the time you want?” I eventually just picked a different service.

This is absolutely my favorite car rental company! I have rented a car from them, they handed me the car super clean, as advertised and on time! I had an issue with the car later and called them, they have delivered an equivalent car to me pretty fast where I needed it and took the other car. They did not question it, they offered me a great service at the most desperate time! For those seeking great welcoming customer service and relatively inexpensive rental rates for luxury cars, look nowhere else! I really recommend you renting from them if you are ever in LA, this must be your go to car rental company, hands down!

I wanted a car without a drive for two week. I searched on web for it. Then I found this app. Before I made a booking I made a phone call to RYDE customer service. They are very helpful. Finally I made my booking. The car owner arrived as I mentioned time. Cost for the car is really reasonable. Thanks RYDE. Hope to do business with you aging.
