I installed the app after seeing an Instagram advertisement. Initially, ₹2 was charged, after which I was asked to approve an auto-pay of ₹499. I agreed, but after using the app, I realized it was not suitable for me. I attempted to cancel the auto-pay immediately, but before I could do so, ₹499 was deducted without my clear consent. On the same day, 30 November, I raised a refund request via email. Since then, I have been following up every week, and all I receive are generic replies stating

This app is very bad. Even after I paid for it, after showing one of my videos, it didn't show any other videos.This app does not give its premium even after taking the money.😡 I paid using the Play Store, but even after my payment, the paid subscription was turned off after watching a video.🥺 I took a prescription for Jame, but it wasn't given to me for a whole month.
