The app seem to disable the credit card payment option where the maximum cashback is when you try to make a payment at a merchant. if you wait some time, the credit card option gets enabled automatically. sometime we can't wait that long and we choose direct upi. the app saves giving the extra cashback!! I have been using for 6 months now, the problem started after earning the max cashback for 5 months. This last month the issue started and no way to get in touch with a human customer care.

The transaction processing time is extremely slow and frequently ends in an error. When this happens, we’re forced to pay the merchant again using a different app. Later, the original transaction moves to a 'pending' state and gets completed after 1–2 days, resulting in a double payment. Overall, the money we lose due to these double payments far exceeds any cashback earned. Very disappointing experience. Uninstalled the app after deregistering my UPI ID and deleted the account.

When I scan the QR code, a lot of times it says the merchant doesn't take credit cards. Sometimes reopening the app helps, other times it doesn't. I can pay easily with other UPI apps like Bhim or GPay. But since I have a SuperMoney credit card, I can't use them because the 3% cashback only works with the SuperMoney app. It's pretty annoying sometimes.
