Până acum câteva minute țineam locația oprită din cauză ca înainte aplicația nu funcționa cu locația aproximativă, deși pentru Galați cel puțin chiar nu era nevoie de locația exact dat fiind ca toate parcările costă la fel, și urma să vin să las un review negativ cu acest subiect ca și tema principală, totuși am zis să pornesc locația și s-o pun pe cea aproximativă ca să mai testez o dată și am constat cu plăcere ca acum funcționează aplicația și cu locația aproximativă ceea ce îmi va ușura considerabil treaba când voi vrea să plătesc parcarea și în același timp nu voi fi nevoit să-mi dau locația actuală la toată Japonia. Good job guys :)

Overall, the app is very useful and works really well — smooth interface, easy to use, and reliable. However, I have a few suggestions that could really improve the user experience: 1. Daily Rate Adjustment: If someone ends up paying for more than 5 hours of parking on a given day using the hourly rate, the app should offer the option to switch to a full-day parking pass by simply paying the difference. Alternatively, if the total amount paid by the user reaches the cost of a full-day parking, the system should automatically convert it into a daily rate — this would be both fair and user-friendly. 2. Evening Credit Option: If someone parks in the evening and pays for the last 30 minutes before paid parking ends, it would be great if that remaining time (e.g. 30 minutes) could be credited for future use, rather than being “lost.”

I selected the wrong car number from my list and I also forgot to stop the autoextend button and both mistakes happend on the same day. I’ve tried my chance and just sent a note to support team. They were prompt and very helpful, as I was a new user of the app. My issue was solved immediately and I got back the wasted credits.
