Ameriprise Financial

A friend of the family brought me into Ameriprise in March 2024 Derek Phillips, who was my friend’s financial advisor set me down and asked me what I wanted out of this meeting. An hour later when the meeting was completed, I walked out of there with Mr. Phillips as my financial advisor , who he had set me up with a diversified portfolio that was to my liking. He was very professional and explained to me in layman’s terms and in detail exactly what to expect out of the plan that was set up for me. he also made me feel very comfortable and safe about turning my finances over to him and Ameriprise. It’s been almost a year now, and I cannot be happier with the way things went in the last year. I would highly recommend this corporation and Derek Phillips

Josh McCoy is the most reliable amazing person I lay my head down to sleep every night. I do not worry about my Ameriprise account. I know he has me covered. He calls me from time to time and checks on me tells me about updates. This man is worth his wait gold and diamonds to me. And his Assistant is the most amazing lady in the world. Going from my main page after signing in, I get all my Ameriprise schwag (investment portfolio, investment growth, where it’s allocated and credit card) Pressing the credit card section, I go to the credit card (off site). Once it loads, I try to make a payment. But let’s say I make a mistake. When I press the back button, or select going to the credit card section, I have to go ALL THE WAY BACK to the main page, select the credit card, wait for it to go off site, select payment… Might be nit-picky and is definitely a first world problem.
