Allen Tate

This used to be the ‘go to’ app for home shopping in the CLT area. However, the most recent update took away all the features that were loved. Things such as pricing/listing history as well as the ability to share properties. One cannot easily find the square footage of the home. The app may look prettier on the surface, but this is an example of ‘if it wasn’t broken, why fix it?’ Very poorly executed update that is now dissuading me from ever considering listing with or using the Allen Tate company as a buyer’s agent. Please either revert back to the old version of the app or update this one with the missing features.

Prior versions of the app were better, while there are enhancements in this version, you can’t find the square footage of the home anywhere. Really frustrating. Also, still shows under contract-show homes in green, instead of yellow.

This app is so frustrating. I want to like it because it often lists houses that other apps don’t have listed. The problem is the search feature. If you put in that you only want to see single family homes, they still show townhomes. Also, the price ranges you can choose from are too large and should be more customizable. This app could be great, but because of these frustrations I hesitate to even use it.
